Choosing and booking

The academy offers two kinds:

• Workshops: fixed dates, live online, in person, or both.
• Recorded courses: watched at your own pace.

Booking on the site goes like this: cart → confirm the order → pay and upload the receipt.

Workshops and courses#

1. Search: type part of the name.
2. Categories: pick a field (export, shipping, sales…).
3. Tabs: All, Workshops, Courses, and Past workshops.
4. Finer filters: type (online / in person / blended), instructor, price from–to, start date and sorting. Then Apply.
5. A card: the workshop type and place, category, name, dates and number of sessions. Click it to open its page.

The workshop page and booking#

1. Details: dates, sessions and hours, the instructor and the seats left. Further down: what you will learn, about the workshop, and the session schedule.
2. Price: if there is an offer, the old price shows crossed out.
3. Seats left: ordering holds your seat.
4. Add to cart & reserve.
5. Ask before booking: a WhatsApp chat with the academy if you have a question.

The cart and discount codes#

1. Items: every workshop or course in the cart, with Remove if you change your mind.
2. Discount code: type the code and press Apply. The discount shows in the order summary, with Remove code to take it off. One code per order.
3. Continue to confirm the order.

Prices in the cart are live from the site and are fixed the moment you confirm the order.

Confirming the order#

1. How you will pay: the payment methods on offer (Instapay, Vodafone Cash, bank transfer, cash at the office…). Their details and steps appear on the order page right after you confirm, and are emailed to you too.
2. Confirm the order: the order is created and your seat is held until the team confirms the payment.

You then go straight to the order page to pay — see Paying and the receipt.
