Getting started
How to create your account, activate it and sign in, and a tour of “My dashboard” — the page with everything that is yours.
One account works on the website and the mobile app. Your course progress, workshops and certificates are the same on both.

- My achievements: My grades, My certificates, My reviews, Rate your instructors.
- Account: My orders, My notifications (the number = unread), My profile.

- عربي / EN: the site language.
- The moon: dark mode.
- The bell: notifications.
- The cart icon: your cart.
- Your name: your account.
- Browse new workshops: every workshop and course on offer.
- Now: the one thing that matters most, with its button: a session that is open or close (with a countdown), a running exam, a late assignment or a receipt we are waiting for — otherwise Pick up where you left off in the last lesson you did not finish. Red = urgent.
- Your numbers: your workshops GPA (with its percentage and your courses GPA under it — click it to open My grades), attendance (the same rate the certificate uses), sessions attended, lessons finished, learning time, quizzes passed, assignments accepted and certificates. Red = below what is needed, with a tip underneath on your weakest number.
- Your to-do list: everything waiting for you, grouped by time: Overdue / Today / This week / Later:
- A session today or tomorrow, with Join the session once the link opens.
- An assignment that is late, where the instructor asked for changes, or due in less than two days.
- A quiz you have not passed yet and still have attempts for, and the final exam when it is open.
- An order waiting for the receipt (with Upload the receipt — see Paying and the receipt) or a receipt under review.
- With nothing left you see “You are all caught up”.
- Your week: Saturday to Friday, each day with your sessions (blue), assignment deadlines (amber) and the exam opening and closing (red). Today is highlighted; click any item to open it. “Calendar” shows the whole month.

- Your progress: running workshops and courses with a bar, the next step by name and date (the next session or the lesson you stopped at), and what the certificate still needs in one line. Click one to open it.
- Your week in numbers: the last 7 days (sessions attended, lessons finished, quizzes and assignments submitted), what is coming up this week, and your activity as one bar per week for the last 8 weeks.
- Achievements: 6 badges that light up as you earn them (first certificate, full attendance, 3 quizzes, two weeks in a row, a finished course, an accepted assignment) — grey means not yet.
Further down: the academy announcement when there is one, Recently opened (materials and lessons you can go back to in one click), and My certificates with your latest one.
Your account and the app
- The same email and password work in the mobile app. Get it from Google Play or the App Store.
- Protected content (materials, videos and courses) opens on one device at a time — the last device to open it takes over. See My devices.
