Profile and security

“My profile” has your card at the top and 4 tabs: My details, Security, Notifications and Account.

1. Photo: the camera button changes it (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 2 MB), with Remove photo below. Next to it: your name, your email (with a Verified badge), your country, member since, and your language.
2. Your numbers: certificates, workshops and courses — click any number to open its page.
3. Profile completeness: name, mobile, country, photo and email activation. The button takes you to the first missing one.
4. The tabs: My details / Security / Notifications / Account — they switch without reloading, and a form that comes back with an error opens its tab.
5. On the certificate it will read: the name in English as you type it shows right under the field — write it as you want it on the certificate. Below it: mobile (with the country code), country and gender.
6. Preferred language: the language of the emails and notifications you receive. Then press Save changes.

Security: the password (the current one, the new one with at least 8 characters and its confirmation, then Change password — this signs you out of all other devices), My devices with how many are open right now and Manage devices, and Last sign-in.

Notifications: the same preferences as “My notifications” (session reminders and offers) — see Notifications.

Account: your email, shown here only. Only the academy can change it, because it is the email you sign in with — need a different one? Press Contact us and send us the new email; you can sign in with it as soon as the academy changes it. Below it: Delete my account.

My devices#

To keep paid content yours alone, materials, videos and courses (lessons and quizzes) open on one device at a time only:

• The last device to open the content takes over right away. The one that was in use stops: its video or file closes and it shows “Your account opened this content on another device”.
• The device that stopped does not take the place back on its own. To carry on there, press Continue here — then the other device stops.
• On the site: a device = a browser. Chrome and Firefox on the same laptop are two devices, and a private (Incognito) window or cleared cookies counts as a new device.
• In the app: every sign-in to the app is a device named after the phone.
• It is fine to have many devices listed — the limit is on opening at the same time only.

Example: you watch a lesson on your laptop, then open the app on your phone to continue — the phone takes over right away and the video on the laptop stops. Back on the laptop, press “Continue here”.

1. This device: the browser you are using now. In use now = the device the content is open on.
2. Another device: its name and when it was last used.
3. Close: removes the device from the list. If it was the one in use, the place is freed.

When content opens on another device#

1. The notice: the content opened on another device, with that device’s name and when.
2. Continue here: opens the content on this device, and the other device stops.
3. My devices: the full list.

Deleting your account#

In the Account tab:

1. Email: shown only, with Contact us if you need it changed.
2. Confirm with your password: required.
3. Delete my account: your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.
